Terminate Your Contract

Thinking of leaving Timebutler? We kindly encourage you to contact us first. It’s possible that a feature you require is already available, or we may be able to support you in another way.

A cancellation is required if you have activated SEPA Direct Debit or if your contract was started or renewed after April 28, 2025.

 

With the introduction of Stripe on April 29, 2025, we’ve simplified payment management – your Timebutler subscription will automatically renew for the same period. In this case, you must cancel if you do not wish to continue.

 

For subscriptions started before April 29, 2025, no cancellation is necessary. The subscription will automatically end unless your company explicitly renews it. You can find more details in the Pricing FAQs.

Alternative 1: Cancel Online

If you have an admin user account, you can cancel online and receive immediate confirmation.

Alternative 2: Termination Form

If you do not have an admin user account or have forgotten your Timebutler login credentials, you may submit a cancellation request using the form below.

Please note, however, that if you are not an admin user, you may not be authorized to terminate the Timebutler contract.

The agreement is entered into by the company to enable employee access, and as such, cancellations should be initiated by an authorized representative of the company—typically an admin user—not by users with employee or supervisor access rights.

  • Information that allows us to clearly identify your contract (e.g. company name).
  • Information on the type of termination and, in the case of extraordinary termination, the reason for termination.
  • Information on the date on which the termination is intended to end the contractual relationship (if not at the next possible date of termination).
