Timebutler Black Friday Promotion 2025

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply in addition to Timebutler’s General Terms and Conditions to all paid new subscriptions concluded as part of the Black Friday Promotion between 28 November 2025 and 21 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility is limited to individuals or entities that enter into a new paid Timebutler subscription during the Promotion Period.

A free account registration or participation in the 6-week trial period does not constitute entitlement to the promotional discount. Eligibility requires the commencement of a paid subscription (billing start).

2. Promotional Offers

During the Promotion Period, the following promotional discounts apply:

• 20% discount on the 6-month plan (one-time coupon; not valid for renewal or extension of an existing subscription)

• 25% discount on the 12-month plan (one-time coupon; not valid for renewal or extension of an existing subscription)

• 12% lifetime discount on the standard subscription price (“Lifetime Discount”)

The discounts are granted exclusively through coupon codes, which are automatically applied when selecting the corresponding Black Friday deal link on the Black Friday Pricing Page.

Retroactive application, combination with other promotions, or application to previously concluded contracts is excluded.

3. Eligibility Requirements

1. Participation is limited to the Promotion Period. The relevant date is the start of the paid subscription, not the initiation of the free trial or account creation.

2. Coupon codes are non-combinable and may only be redeemed once per new customer.

3. The discounts apply solely to new contracts. Renewals, extensions or upgrades of existing subscriptions are excluded from the promotion.

4. A cash payment, refund, or subsequent crediting of the discount is excluded.

5. The Lifetime Discount is valid for the duration of the active subscription. In the event of cancellation and later reactivation, entitlement to the previously granted discount lapses permanently.

6. The discount will only be applied if the corresponding coupon code is automatically applied through the Black Friday campaign page.

4. Term and Contractual Conditions

The applicable subscription term corresponds to the selected plan (6 or 12 months or, in the case of lifetime pricing, the ongoing subscription period). Upon expiry of the initial term, subscriptions renew automatically at the standard, non-discounted rate, unless terminated in accordance with Timebutler’s General Terms and Conditions. All other contractual provisions, including cancellation terms, are governed by Timebutler’s General Terms and Conditions.

5. Modification or Termination of the Promotion

Timebutler reserves the right to modify, extend, restrict or prematurely terminate the promotion for valid reasons. Discounts granted on subscriptions purchased within the Promotion Period remain unaffected and continue for the duration defined under the respective discounted plan.
