If your company has new bank details or you want to change the bank details for the SEPA direct debit, proceed as follows:
1)
Sign in to Timebutler as an admin. Only admins are authorized to make this change. If you do not have an admin user in Timebutler, you can ask an admin to do it.
2)
In the bottom left, click “Account balance > Account balance”.
3)
On the page, in the “Your bank details” box, click the blue “Edit bank details” button.
4)
You can now change the bank details and save the changes. On the next page, please confirm the SEPA direct debit mandate.
5)
If we need a written SEPA direct debit mandate from you, Timebutler will notify you automatically and in good time.
6)
If your address or company name has also changed, then [also update your billing address details(/contract-and-prices/invoice/change-of-billing-address-and-company-renaming/).
Please note:
Due to the long lead time for SEPA direct debits at financial institutions, we submit the direct debits to the bank on the 15th of the month. Please make sure that the correct bank details are entered no later than the 15th of the billing month. We can only take changes to the bank details made after the 15th into account in the payment run of the following month.
