Utilization Report - Grouped Report

The Employee utilization report is available in four variants:

Open the Grouped Absences Report

  1. Log in to Timebutler as an Admin.
  2. Go to Reports > Employee utilization.
  3. Select Grouped absences report.
  4. Click Show report.

You can download the report as:

  • Excel file
  • CSV file

Content of the Report

The Grouped absences report provides an overview of:

  • The number of employees with absences per month, week, or day
    or
  • The number of workdays per month, week, or day

(depending on the selected settings).

This allows you to quickly identify:

  • Days, weeks, or months with many absences
  • Periods with high sickness levels
  • Training periods
  • Potential staffing bottlenecks

The report helps simplify scheduling and workforce planning.
