The Employee utilization report is available in four variants:
- Cumulative absences report
- Grouped absences report
- List view on a daily basis
- Grouped work time report
Open the Grouped Absences Report
- Log in to Timebutler as an Admin.
- Go to Reports > Employee utilization.
- Select Grouped absences report.
- Click Show report.
You can download the report as:
- Excel file
- CSV file
Content of the Report
The Grouped absences report provides an overview of:
- The number of employees with absences per month, week, or day
or - The number of workdays per month, week, or day
(depending on the selected settings).
This allows you to quickly identify:
- Days, weeks, or months with many absences
- Periods with high sickness levels
- Training periods
- Potential staffing bottlenecks
The report helps simplify scheduling and workforce planning.
