Contract Documents

You do not sign a written contract to use Timebutler. Instead, you can access the overview of the contracts as follows:

Contract - Overview

Sign in to your Timebutler user account, then on any page click the “Contract” link at the very bottom in the footer.

Our Terms of Use, General Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy apply, and the company agrees to them when signing up for Timebutler.

SEPA Direct Debit Mandate

If you already use Timebutler and have SEPA Direct Debit enabled and now want to retrieve the information about the SEPA Direct Debit mandate: sign in to Timebutler with an admin user, click “Account balance” at the bottom left, then click the small “Account balance” below it. On the page, in the “Your bank details” box, click the “Show SEPA mandate” button (only available if SEPA Direct Debit is enabled).
