Overview in the user account detail view

In the detail view of a user account, an admin or supervisor sees all information about the user account at a glance, including:

  • Master data
  • User’s view, input, and edit permissions
  • Assigned supervisors
  • Vacation balance overview
  • Weekly working days
  • Break policy (only when time tracking is enabled)
  • User account creation date and last login
  • Information about email delivery status

You can open the detail view for a user account by signing in to Timebutler as an admin or supervisor, then clicking “Employees” at the top left, then under the small “Employees” click “Overview”. Now click the blue icon with the magnifying glass for the desired user account.

Employee users cannot view the detail view for a user account, except for their own user account.
