An Admin can configure whether the Digital Personnel File feature is enabled.
Activate the Digital Personnel File
- Log in to Timebutler as an Admin.
- Go to Settings > More… > Digital Personnel File.
- Activate the option Activate personnel file.
- Click Save.
Once the Digital Personnel File is activated, the option Salaries and bonus payments becomes available.
This allows you to decide whether salary information and bonus payments should also be managed in Timebutler.
Customize Before Activation
Before activating the Digital Personnel File, it is recommended to:
- Adjust the structure and fields to your requirements
- Configure the appropriate viewing and editing permissions
Deactivate the Digital Personnel File
To deactivate the Digital Personnel File:
- Go to Settings > More… > Digital Personnel File.
- Deactivate the option Activate personnel file.
- Click Save.
Deactivating the Digital Personnel File does not delete any data.
If you activate it again later, all previously stored data will be available again.
