If you have paid out overtime for an employee, you can record it in Timebutler as follows:
Sign in to Timebutler with an admin user and click “Settings > Working time balance” at the bottom left. In the row of the affected employee, increase the value in the relevant month under “Paid overtime” by the number of hours paid out. Then click the blue “Save changes” button (on the right in the row).
For example, if “0 h” is entered for March and you paid the employee 40 hours of overtime in March, enter 40 in the column for March and save the change. However, if “15 h” is already entered and you paid an additional 20 hours of overtime in the same month, enter 35 and save the change.
The change takes effect immediately in the employee’s [working time account(/time-tracking/working-time-account/working-time-account-overview/) and reduces the overtime balance.
