An admin can undo certain actions in Timebutler with a single click:
- Recurring entries
- Import of absence entries and leave requests
- Bulk entry of absences and leave requests
Log in to Timebutler as an admin, click “Settings > More..” at the bottom left, then click “Undo actions” on the right.
Note:
- You can only undo actions performed up to a maximum of 14 days ago. After that period, you can only delete entries individually. This also applies to the individual items within a recurring series.
- Each admin can only undo their own actions, not actions by others.
- Supervisors and employee users can undo these actions only in a deliberately limited way: they can only undo an action immediately after performing it, for example if an employee user accidentally set an incorrect period for a recurring entry.
