Invoice missing

All invoices we issue are always available for you to download in your Timebutler user account. Learn how to [download invoices(/contract-and-prices/invoice/download-invoice/).

If an invoice is missing on the invoice download page, it may be for the following reasons:

Previous year
The invoice download page initially shows invoices for the current year. If you are looking for an invoice from a past year, click the blue button with the year to switch to that year.

Available only upon direct debit collection
If you have SEPA direct debit as your payment method, we provide the invoice at the earliest on the day the debit is collected from your account. The invoice is not available before the debit is collected.

No order placed yet
You may not have placed an order yet, so we haven’t provided an invoice.

Payment by credit card, via MyCommerce, or from abroad
If you chose to pay by credit card when ordering or you ordered from outside Germany, then MyCommerce / Shareit is your contract partner and will issue the invoice. In this case, we cannot issue an invoice, so you will not find an invoice for that order to download in the Timebutler user account.

Instead, MyCommerce automatically sent the invoice immediately after receipt of payment by email to the address provided during the order. Please check your inbox—and the email spam folder—for an email from MyCommerce or Shareit from the day of the order. That email contains the invoice as a PDF attachment.
