Managers have access based on their viewing rights.
When Can Managers See a Shift?
A manager sees a shift if:
- They created it, or
- At least one assigned employee is within their viewing scope
When Can Managers Edit or Delete a Shift?
A manager can edit or delete a shift if:
- They created it, or
- All assigned employees are within their viewing scope
If neither condition is met:
- The shift menu is not displayed
- Assignments can be viewed but not edited
