A language can be set for each user account. This determines the language in which Timebutler sends emails to that user.
Check the language for sending emails
You can find the current language setting for email delivery in the detail view of each user account.
Change the language for sending emails
To change the language, sign in to Timebutler with an admin user, click Employees at the top left, then click Overview below the small Employees heading. Click the green pencil icon next to the relevant user to edit their account. Change the selection under Language and save by clicking the blue Save button at the bottom.
Note: This language setting only affects the language used for emails sent to the user. It does not affect the language in which the user views Timebutler. Users can change their display language at any time.
