You can subscribe to the Timebutler calendar in a third-party calendar such as Outlook, Google Calendar, and others. The available options depend on the user role:
Admins
Admins can choose whether to subscribe to the entries of all users, only their own employees, or only their own entries.
Managers
Managers can choose whether to subscribe to the entries of their own employees (with or without extended view permissions) or only their own entries.
Employee users
Employee users can subscribe only to their own entries, not to other users’ entries. This also applies when employee users have view permissions for other users in Timebutler.
Sharing for employee users in the third-party calendar
If you want employee users to also see other users’ absences, you have the following option:
Many calendars, such as Outlook, let you share a calendar with colleagues. An admin can subscribe in Outlook to the Timebutler calendar that includes all entries for all users. The admin then shares this calendar in Outlook with colleagues (availability depends on the Outlook version). The colleagues open Outlook and add the shared calendar.
