If an admin has in the [Time tracking settings(/time-tracking/settings/time-tracking-settings/) [allowed employees(/time-tracking/settings/entry-permissions-for-employees/) to enter working hours via the entry form, working hours can be entered as follows:
Employee user
The employee user signs in to Timebutler and clicks on “Time tracking > Enter working time” on the left.
To enter multiple working time entries in one form, for example for a whole week, they click on “Time tracking > Enter working times” on the left.
Supervisors and admins
The supervisor or admin signs in to Timebutler and clicks on “Employees > Time tracking > Enter working time” at the top left.

Enter duration or start/end time
In the [Time tracking settings(/time-tracking/settings/time-tracking-settings/), an admin can use the “Input method” option to set whether employees may enter only the working time duration, the start/end time, or have both options available. With the “Enter break times” option, they can set whether the start and end times of breaks also need to be entered.
