If your billing address is outside Germany, in most cases we can show VAT (=value-added tax) as 0% on your invoice.
For the invoice to show VAT at 0%, you need to provide your VAT ID when placing the order.
For orders from outside Germany, our partner MyCommerce handles the order for accounting reasons. MyCommerce is an international payment service provider that processes thousands of payments worldwide every day. We then redirect you to the MyCommerce order form during the ordering process. On the order form, enter your VAT ID by clicking the following options:
