If your billing address is outside Germany, in most cases we can show VAT (Value-Added Tax) as 0% on the invoice.
For us to show 0% VAT on the invoice, your VAT ID must be stored in your billing information.
Sign in to Timebutler as an admin and go to Account balance > Account balance at the bottom left. On the right, select Edit details and then Update information. Here you can store your tax ID together with the country. It will then be applied to the next invoice created.
If VAT was incorrectly listed on an invoice that has already been created, please contact us at support@timebutler.com with the invoice number. We can then reissue the invoice without VAT.
