Regardless of the payment method you choose, your subscription always renews automatically for the period you selected. We collect the amounts at the start of the usage period. We provide the invoice at the start of the usage period (to download or sent automatically by email).
Debit date
Regardless of the payment method you choose, your subscription automatically renews for the selected usage period.
You can choose between the following payment intervals:
- monthly (12 debits per year)
- quarterly (4 debits per year)
- every six months (2 debits per year)
- annually (1 debit per year)
The amount is calculated at the start of each new usage period.
With payment methods such as credit card or PayPal, the debit usually takes place directly at the start of the new usage period.
With SEPA direct debit, for technical reasons the debit may only take place a few days after the start of the usage period.
Example, monthly payment: With monthly payment, the automatic renewal and debit take place at the start of each new usage month.
Example, semi-annual payment: With semi-annual payment, the automatic renewal takes place for another 6 months at the start of each new usage period.
SEPA direct debit
With SEPA direct debit, too, the usage period always begins with the order.
This means: the start of the usage period is also the point at which the amount becomes due. With SEPA direct debit, the actual debit may, for technical reasons, take place a few days later.
Example: You order a six-month usage period on June 6. The new usage period begins on June 6 and runs for 6 months. The amount becomes due at the start of the usage period. However, the SEPA direct debit may only become visible in your account a few days later.
