The Employee utilization report is available in four variants:
- Cumulative absences report
- Grouped absences report
- List view on a daily basis
- Grouped work time report
Open the List View on a Daily Basis
- Log in to Timebutler as an Admin.
- Go to Reports > Employee utilization.
- Select List view on a daily basis.
- Click Show report.
You can download the report as:
- Excel file
- CSV file
Content of the Report
This report provides a day-by-day overview for the selected employees, including:
- Workdays
- Absences
If the time tracking feature is enabled, the report also shows cumulative working time information per calendar day, such as:
- Scheduled working time
- Hours worked
- Breaks
Start and End Times of Time Entries
The report does not display the start and end times of individual time entries.
Employees can create multiple time entries per calendar day. Displaying several start and end times within a single row would lead to unclear results and make Excel processing difficult.
To view and download detailed start and end times for each time entry:
- Log in to Timebutler.
- Go to Employees > Time Tracking > List view.
