Change of billing address and company renaming

Change of billing address / company name for future invoices

If your company has a new name or the billing address has changed, do the following:

1)
Sign in to Timebutler as an admin. Only admins have permission to make this change. If you don’t have an admin user in Timebutler, ask an admin to do it.

Click “Balance > Balance” in the bottom-left corner.

On the page, you will see your current billing address in the box at the top right labeled “Your billing address”. Click the “Edit” button and change the billing address.

If you have activated SEPA direct debit and your bank account details have also changed, then [also update your bank account details(/contract-and-prices/invoice/changing-bank-details/).

5)
From now on, we will use only the new billing address for future invoices.
