Change of billing address and company renaming

This article describes how to change the billing address for future invoices, including changing the email address used for invoice delivery. If you want to know how to change the address on an existing invoice, read the next article to see how to have an invoice corrected.

Change billing address or company name for future invoices

If your company has a new company name or the billing address has changed, proceed as follows:

  1. Sign in to Timebutler as an admin. Only admins are allowed to make this change. If you do not have an admin account in Timebutler, ask an admin to do it.

  2. Click Account balance > Account balance at the bottom left.

  3. On the page, you will see your current billing address in the Your billing address box at the top right. Click the Edit details button. You will be redirected to our payment service provider, Stripe. Under Billing information, click Update information. In this section, you can update your email address and/or billing address.

  4. If you have activated SEPA direct debit and your bank details have also changed, update your bank details as well.

  5. From now on, we will only use the new billing address for future invoices.
