Timebutler logs deleted absence entries with a timestamp and information about who deleted the entry.
You can download deleted absence entries via the Download Center as an Excel file or CSV file.
Download Deleted Absence Entries
- Log in to Timebutler as an Admin or Manager.
- Go to Reports > Download Center.
- Open the Deleted entries tab.
You can then download the data as:
- Excel file
- CSV file
Note
Timebutler records which user deleted which absence entry and when, ensuring full traceability.
The Edit history is also logged for existing absence entries so that all changes can be tracked.
Please note
The Report Center is always available to Admins. Managers can access the Report Center only if an Admin has enabled access. Employee users do not have access to the Report Center.
