You can conveniently order an extension of your usage period online at any time.
If you activate SEPA direct debit, Timebutler automatically extends your usage period and automatically debits the amounts due. You then work with Timebutler without interruption.
If you choose another payment method, you purchase a certain number of months by which your usage period will be extended. In this case, you must always order an extension before the current usage period expires.
To order an extension of your usage period, proceed as follows:

Sign in to Timebutler as an admin, click at the bottom left on “Account balance > Account balance” and then on the page click the “Order an extension now” button (only admins have permission to place orders).

The next step shows your current billing address (if already on file) and lets you confirm it or change/enter it.

The next step offers you various payment methods to choose from. Select the payment method that suits you.
4)
Follow the instructions on the website to complete the order.
