(1) An admin can forbid or restrict input permissions for employees and supervisors:
- Restrict time tracking to departments or employees.
- Forbid entering time entries via the input form.
- Time-based restrictions, e.g. earliest start time, entries in the past or future, locking working times for previous months.
(2) An admin can specify that certain users may not use the time clock and may only clock in/out at the Time Recording Terminal.
(3) An admin can extend input permissions for individual employees so that they can also enter absences, vacation requests, overtime, and compensatory time off for other employees.
(4) An admin can specify that supervisors may not enter entries for other users (the Supervisor may enter absences for other users option in the Global settings).
(5) An admin can specify that supervisors may not create user accounts or change master data (the User rights for supervisors and admins option in the Global settings).
