Timebutler logs deleted time entries with a timestamp and information about who deleted the entry. In the Download Center, you can easily download the deleted time entries as an Excel file or CSV file with just a few clicks.
To download the deleted time entries, sign in to Timebutler as an admin or supervisor, click “Reports” on the left, then “Download Center” below it. Then click the “Deleted time entries” tab.
Note:
Timebutler logs which user deleted which time entry and when, so you can fully trace the edit history. For existing time entries, the edit history is logged as well, so you can trace the changes.
Please note:
The Reports Center is always available to admin users. Supervisors can access the Reports Center only if admins have enabled access. Employee users do not have access to the Reports Center.
