Target working hours

You can set the target working hours for each employee and each weekday. Based on the target working hours, Timebutler calculates the employee’s [working time account(/time-tracking/working-time-account/working-time-account-overview/).

You can enter the weekly working days and the target working hours when you create the user accounts. To view or change the weekly working days later, sign in to Timebutler as an admin and click the bottom-left “Settings > Working days”. In the far-right column you see the weekly working days for the employee. To edit the setting, click the blue “Edit” button for the desired employee.

In the [detail view of a user account(/users-and-permissions/permissions/overview-in-the-user-account-detail-view/) you can see which weekly working days and target working hours are set for the employee.

Weekly or monthly target working hours
In the settings for weekly working days, you can define the target working hours for each weekday Monday through Sunday.
