You can set the target working time for each employee and each weekday. Based on the target working time, Timebutler calculates the employee’s working time account.
You can enter the weekly working days and the target working time when you create the user accounts. To view or change the weekly working days later, log in to Timebutler as an administrator and click Settings > Working days at the bottom left. In the far-right column you see the weekly working days for the employee. To edit the setting, click the blue Edit button for the desired employee.

Weekly or monthly target working time
In the settings for weekly working days, you can define the target working time for each weekday from Monday to Sunday. Read here how to proceed if an employee does not have a daily target working time but instead a weekly or monthly target working time.
