Request invoice again

If you are missing an invoice, you can easily download the invoice online. Read here how to [find a missing invoice(/contract-and-prices/invoice/invoice-missing/) and how to [download the invoice(/contract-and-prices/invoice/download-invoice/).

An admin can also specify an email address to which new invoices will automatically be sent by email in the future. Read here how to set that [new invoices are sent by email(/contract-and-prices/invoice/have-invoices-sent-automatically/).

Request invoice from MyCommerce

If you chose to pay by credit card when ordering or placed the order from outside Germany, then MyCommerce / Shareit is your contracting partner that issues your invoice. In this case, we can’t issue an invoice, so you won’t find an invoice for the order to download in the Timebutler user account.

Instead, MyCommerce automatically sent the invoice by email immediately after receipt of payment to the email address provided during the order. Please check your inbox—and also the email spam folder—for an email from MyCommerce or Shareit dated the day of the order. This email includes the invoice as a PDF attachment.

If you can’t find the invoice or email and want to request the invoice from MyCommerce again, please proceed as follows:

  1. Open the following page:
    https://www.mycommerce.com/shopper-support/

  2. If you have a user account with MyCommerce, click the “CUSTOMER SELF-SERVICE LOGIN” button on the page. Sign in to your user account with your username and password.

If you don’t have a user account with MyCommerce, click the “FIND MY ORDER” button on the page. Sign in using the email address you provided during the order and the last 4 digits of the credit card you used for the order.

  1. After you successfully sign in to your MyCommerce user account, you’ll find an area to view past orders (usually top right under “My Account”). You can open the order, and there is also a link there that lets you download the invoice for the order.

If you don’t have login credentials for the MyCommerce user account or can’t sign in, you can alternatively send an email with your request to MyCommerce customer support. MyCommerce customer service will then be happy to resend the invoice to you by email. Send an email to MyCommerce customer service at: “MyCommerceClientSupportEMEA@digitalriver.com”
