For vocational school students, the days of vocational school are usually known at the beginning of the year. Instead of manually creating numerous individual entries, you can use recurring entries to generate multiple absence entries at once. The feature also allows you to exclude school holidays.
This way, you can create vocational school entries for every Tuesday and Thursday from January to June, for example, while automatically taking school holidays in a specific federal state into account.
