By default, newly created shifts are unpublished.
Unpublished shifts are visible only to admins and managers.
Employees can see only published shifts.
Publish all shifts
Click Publish Week to make all shifts in the displayed week visible to assigned employees.
This action:
- Publishes all shifts you have permission to see
- Works for past, current, and future weeks
- Automatically publishes new shifts if the week is already fully published
Unpublish all shifts
Click Unpublish Week to hide shifts from employees again.
This option is available only for:
- Current and future weeks
- Weeks where all shifts are currently published
Past weeks cannot be unpublished because they serve as historical records.
