Calendar view of work hours

In the calendar view of work time entries, there are two views: the [calendar view of overtime(/time-tracking/calendar-view/calendar-view-of-overtime/) and the calendar view of work hours. You can switch views using the two buttons above the calendar (see the note further down on this page).

In the calendar view of work hours, the calendar shows the total number of work time entries for each day. If daily [setup times(/time-tracking/working-time-models/setup-times/) or [rounding of work hours(/time-tracking/working-time-models/rounding-working-hours/) are configured, the information already includes the corresponding deductions or increases in work hours.

Note:
An Admin can configure for each user type—employee, supervisor, and admin—whether you may open the overtime view in the calendar view of work time entries. If you don’t see the button to switch to the overtime view, an Admin has disabled this for your user type.

Show additional information
If you move your mouse over the calendar, you get [additional information about overtime(/time-tracking/calendar-view/details-for-a-calendar-day/) for each calendar day. And if you click a day in the calendar, you see the [day’s work time entries(/time-tracking/calendar-view/view-and-edit-working-time-entries/).
