Each assignment displays a colored dot to indicate availability:

| 🟢 | Available | No absence, normal working day |
| 🔴 | Not available | Vacation, sick leave, parental leave, holiday |
| 🟡 | Partially absent | Trade fair, doctor’s appointment, business trip |
| 🔵 | Home office | Working remotely but generally available |
The system warns you about conflicts but does not prevent assignment.
