For each sick leave entry, you can use the Medical certificate status in Timebutler to record whether the doctor’s note has reached the employer. An admin defines the visibility permissions for the certificate status.
Restrict visibility permissions for sick leave entries
You can partially or fully restrict employee users’ visibility of other people’s sick leave entries. In this case, employee users do not have visibility of the certificate information. Learn how to restrict visibility permissions for sick leave entries for employee users here.
Set visibility permissions for the certificate status
Log in to Timebutler as an admin and click Settings > More… at the bottom left, then Global settings on the right. Review or change the Medical certificate display option.
