For each sickness entry, you can use the [Medical certificate status(/absence-management/sick-leave/medical-certificate-status-in-sickness-entries/) in Timebutler to record whether the doctor’s note has reached the employer. An admin can define the visibility permissions for the certificate status.
Restrict visibility permissions for sickness entries
You can partially or fully restrict employee users’ visibility of other people’s sickness entries. In this case, employee users do not have visibility of the certificate information. Set visibility permissions for certificate status
Sign in to Timebutler as an admin and click at the bottom left on “Settings > More..”, then on the right on “Global settings”. Review/change the option “Display medical certificate information for sickness”.
