When you sign up for Timebutler, we activate a 6 weeks [free trial period(/getting-started/sign-up-and-set-up/free-trial-period/). To continue using Timebutler after that, simply order a usage extension online.
You can view the end of your current usage period at any time by signing in to Timebutler as an admin and clicking “Account balance > Account balance” at the bottom left. Timebutler notifies admins well before the end of the usage period so they can [order an extension(/contract-and-prices/pricing-and-ordering/ordering/).
You can order an extension at any time, regardless of how much time remains in your current usage period. The new usage period always starts on the day after the current usage period ends, so you always keep the time remaining on your current usage period.
Notes:
- If you have enabled SEPA direct debit, the system extends the usage period automatically. You then see the current billing period.
- If you chose a different payment method, you purchased a specific number of months, and you see the end of the current usage period.
