Apply a coupon code to your subscription

You can apply a coupon code in Timebutler to discount your subscription during the subscription process.

When you can apply a coupon

A coupon code can only be entered when you do not currently have an active paid subscription. This means:

• When you subscribe for the first time
• When you renew after your previous subscription has ended

Note: If you already have an active paid subscription, the coupon code field is not available. You can apply a coupon code at your next renewal.

Apply a coupon code

1. In the left-hand menu, go to Account balance > Account balance.
2. Click the blue button Order a subscription now.
3. Select the duration of the plan you want: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. The plan shown is based on your current number of employees.
4. If your billing and payment details are not yet set, you are redirected to a page to enter them. Complete this step to continue.
5. On the subscription summary screen, you will see your selected subscription, billing address, payment method, and a field to enter a coupon code.
6. Enter your code in the coupon code field.
7. Click Subscribe.

Your subscription is activated with the discount from your coupon code applied.
